 How to Make Bakpia




Ingredients :

  • 125 grams of wheat flour (low protein)
  • 65 grams of wheat flour (high protein)
  • 10 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 200 ml of vegetable oil (50 ml mixed in 150 ml dough mixed in marinade)

Bakpia contents:

  • 100 grams of green beans (in soak)
  • 150 ml of coconut milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pandan leaves
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Bakpia layer:

  • 65 grams of wheat flour
  • 25 grams of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon margarine






 
How to make bakpia:

 
Making Bakpia Filling Material:

  1.      Steam the already drained beans, for about 20 minutes until the beans expand, then remove.

Making Bakpia Skin Ingredients:
