Recipes make gohu fish
 



Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of tuna
  • 125 grams of peanuts that have been peeled (fried until browned)
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil (coconut)

Seasoning ingredient:


  • 10 slices of red pepper (10 chilli)
  • 2 slices of basil leaf
  • 12 cloves of onion slices
  • 2 lemons
  • salt to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

  Steps to make fish gohu:

  1. sliced tuna into small boxes and then washed and smeared with lemon and salt
  2. fried peanuts (rough)
  3. mix (lemon juice, coconut oil, pepper and salt) stir until evenly distributed
  4.  input (onion, chilli, basil leaves, and fish) stir until evenly distributed
  5. flush with vegetable oil (coconut) If you want more mature tuna to add oil to all tuna exposed in vegetable oil (coconut)
  6. serve on a plate and sprinkle nuts and basil trimmings
