 How to Make Cake Pancong
 



Ingredients :

  • 125 grams of wheat flour (blue triangle)
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • instant yeast 1/2 teaspoon
  • 150 ml of coconut milk or can use 65 ml of coconut milk added water until 150 ml (Note: 150 ml directly count with coconut milk / coconut milk)
  • margarine or butter
  • 35 grams of cheese (grated)

Cake toping material:

  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • grated cheese
  • chocolate

 
How to make a cake pancong:

  1. first boil coconut milk / coconut milk temporarily set aside, mix the flour and yeast instantly stir until blended
  2. mixer eggs and sugar until smooth and expands at maximum speed if it expands the normal speed set
  3. mix the flour slowly so that the dough evenly then pour the coconut milk / coconut kara then stir until smooth silence the dough - + 30 minutes to expand and then input the grated cheese until smooth
  4. heat the cakes cake pancong top basting with margarine pour batter onto the mold to taste not excess because adodan will expand, close the mold wait until half cooked / cook (if you like half cooked)
  5. after cooked lift the lid and sprinkle toping (sweetened condensed milk, cheese and chocolate)
