How to Make Kojo Cake
Kojo sponges are usually made in big days just like in Idul Fitri day and Eid al Adha if you want to taste it you can make your own home.
Ingredients :
8 eggs
2 glasses of sugar
2 glasses of flour
1 cup instant coconut milk or thick coconut milk
1 cup water of pandanus and suji
Butter
Tools needed:
- pan
- bowl
- mixer
- cake mold
How to make :
- first you shake the egg
- mix the sugar in a shake until fused, pandan leaves input, suji and thick coconut milk shake until blended
- input the flour slowly then in the mixer until blended
- put a baking dish in the fire stove
- apply butter to the mold so as not to stick
- pour the dough into the mold then cover the baking sheet
- wait until cooked and brownish and then lift the kojo sponge
- cool for a moment before being removed from the mold
