 How to Make Martabak





Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 400ml fresh milk (UHT)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • baking soda (if necessary)

Content of martabak:

  • Margarine
  • delicious milk (condensed milk)
  • beans, cheese, corn, chocolate / meses, etc.
  • selai (beans, strawberries, blueberries, etc.

How to make martabak:

  1. input of wheat flour, sugar, fresh milk (uht), salt into a large container that is enough to accommodate it :)
  2. keep quiet dough - + 40 minutes make sure the dough is smooth
  3. heat the baking pan on the stove / fire
  4. while waiting for heats baking powder baking input, soda and water into a new (small) bowl tossed flat
  5. mix the dough with a mixture of baking powder, soda and water stir until blended
  6.  pour the dough into a flat pan of dough until it covers the top of the baking sheet
  7. if the dough is half cooked and the top of a small pore pores sprinkle the sugar at the top of the martabak then cover wait until cooked
  8. after ripe lift martabak from the butter spread on the top of top of martabak until smooth and then spread the beans, cheese, corn etc according to taste
  9. cut into pieces
  10. finished martabak ready to be served (eaten)
